Our staff are trained to help you with all enquiries and requests relating to Council services and we are committed to providing you with excellent service. Enquiries range from those relating to lodgement of Development Applications and associated works, to requests for environmental control, to information on rates and requests for waste collection. The Customer Service Centre is located at Shellharbour Civic Centre, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.
