Ordinary Meetings of Shellharbour City Council are held in the Council Chambers, Shellharbour City Council commending at 6.30pm.
This notice is given under the Local Government Act 1993 as amended, and the Local Government General Regulations.
Members of the public can register to address the Council from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on the day of the Council meeting. If you wish to address Council about an issue in the Business Paper, you must register before 10:00am on the day of the meeting by calling us on 4221 6111. Anyone proposing to make a visual presentation to Council must advise staff when registering for an Address to Council and provide the presentation by 10.00am on the day of the Council Meeting. Requirements for making such a presentation are available at the link above.
Persons proposing to make a visual presentation to Council MUST advise staff when registering for an Address to Council.
> A DVD is acceptable, a video is not
> Presentations may also be PowerPoint or similar
> Any presentation must be reviewed by staff before the meeting for appropriateness and virus scanning.
Presentations must therefore be received by Council no later than 10.00am on the day of the meeting in electronic format
Presentations may be emailed to Council - records@shellharbour.nsw.gov.au or provided on CD ROM or on a USB Drive Memory Stick. (Floppy disks are not an acceptable medium).
Council staff will set up the presentation but take no responsibility for the quality of the presentation.

Council webcasts its meetings, allowing you to view proceedings live. This gives the Shellharbour community greater access and participation in Council meetings and effectively eliminates geographic and other barriers that can prevent members of the public from attending Council meetings.
