Implementing an effective growth strategy will be the focus of the next Shellharbour City Business Network ‘Double Header’ to be held this month.
Facilitator and coach Michael Dobie will be talking about how to generate momentum and put business strategies into place through a presentation and a development workshop to be held over two days.
Michael can help clarify direction, improve team dynamics and identify the objectives, systems and measures required to successfully implement change.
"This free business network presentation is a great opportunity for people to gain information on why their current strategy may not be working," said Mayor Marianne Saliba.
“The corresponding workshop provides a chance to develop a strong strategy and plan for implementing it” Cr Saliba said.
Mr Dobie will address how to develop a culture where your team are engaged and committed, how to focus your efforts within a structure that encourages innovations and how to measure the actions that lead to your goals.
The presentation will be held on Wednesday 19 April 5.30pm – 7.30pm at The Emerald Room, Warilla Bowls and Recreation Club. Finger food will be provided.
This will be followed by a workshop on Thursday 20 April 9.00am – 12.00pm at The Diamond Room, Warilla Bowls and Recreation Club. Morning tea will be provided.
