A range of outdoor exercise equipment has been installed for the use of the community.
This equipment is part of our commitment to meeting the needs of local seniors and promoting healthy lifestyles for all members of the community.

The equipment promotes better posture, improved balance and greater flexibility and can be utilised at any time of the day.

Skiway Park, The Esplanade, Oak Flats
Outdoor exercise equipment was installed in 2018 at The Skiway Park, Oak Flats and overlooks Lake Illawarra. This exercise equipment station is close to a range of complimentary facilities including playground, boat ramp, toilets, picnic tables, a BBQ shed and cycleway.

The equipment at The Skiway Park, Oak Flats exercise station includes:

  • Pull Downs
  • Aerobic Cycle
  • Leg Raises
  • Pull Ups
