Introduction by the General Manager
Shellharbour City is at an exciting and crucial stage of its development. We have seen our city grow and prosper. We want to ensure that we make the correct decisions for our current and future citizens.

We remain committed to our vision of being :-

A sustainable city: communities living in harmony, balancing nature’s beauty with quality rural and urban environments.

This document gives a brief overview of the activities that we currently carry out. It also gives some idea of future projects that we are either committed to or are planning to achieve for the benefit of the community. Much of the plan is dependent on available finances, but with continued prudent financial management, is achievable.

It is important that we have a workable plan for the future; a plan that is responsive to change and is also able to be achieved. It is also very important that we are able to measure our own performance and report on our progress towards achieving our plan.

I commend this document to you and look forward to reporting to you on our progress in the future.
