
COMMUNITY ENGAGED IN CITY HUB
Residents are invited to attend workshops and be involved in the City Hub project. The project involves the proposed development of a new Council Administration Building and Civic Centre, on land on the corner of Cygnet and College Avenue. The project team, architect and Council will be hosting workshops to explain the project so far, answer questions and respond to ideas from the community.
Any person wanting to attend the first workshop, on Monday 28 May from 6pm to 8pm at Oak Flats Neighbourhood Centre, or the second workshop at The Rail Community Centre on Thursday, 31 May from 6pm to 8pm, can book by contacting 4221 6029 or send an email to cityhub@shellharbour.nsw.gov.au
BASS POINT RESERVE ROAD MAINTENANCE
Please be advised, due to essential road maintenance (weather permitting) the access road to Bass Point Reserve will be closed from Monday 14 May 2012 until Wednesday 16 May 2011.

The life of entrepreneur and local character, Benjamin Horace Turner is being celebrated at the Tongarra Museum, Albion Park. Everyone has the opportunity to see some of the key influences of Mr Turner’s life that included his contribution to aviation and swimwear design.
