Charter
Traffic Committee consists of one representative from Council, one from the RTA and one from the Traffic Branch of the Police Services. This Committee considers all matters pertaining to roads and traffic control. This Committee makes recommendations to Council. Should Council disagree with a decision of this Committee, then the matter is referred to the head of the body of the State Traffic Authority.
