Shellharbour and Shell Cove catchments area is approximately 5.5km2. The study area includes Shellharbour Village and Shell Cove. The land use within this catchment includes residential, commercial, open space, special use and state reserves. A flood study identifying the flood risks from local catchment flooding including stormwater overland flows travelling towards the ocean has not been undertaken.
