My goal for Shellharbour City is to see it recognised as a vibrant community where residents and visitors are attracted to our coastal lifestyle and unique assets.

I nominated to become a Councillor so that I could work with a team of like-minded colleagues and Council staff as we continue to shape our vision for the future. This vision finds the balance between recreation and the ecological safeguards, including a dedicated dredging program around jetties, storm water outlets and areas of high sedimentation deposits.

I have been involved in several Council committees including the Lake Illawarra Estuarine Committee, Flood Plain Risk Management Committee and Airport Working Party. I am a committee member of Save Killalea (‘The Farm’) and a volunteer guide at the Albion Park Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS)

I am an organisational change manager and although semi-retired, I still provide consulting services into large organisations around culture, leadership, and financial and operational management. I am also active sailboarder on Lake Illawarra and a keen bird photographer, regularly walking the lake foreshore with my camera recording our incredible birdlife.
