I am very proud to have been re-elected to Council for a second term and recognise the enormous trust placed in me by the community. I look forward to working with like-minded Councillors and Council itself as we meet the challenges and opportunities in becoming an increasingly attractive residential and tourist destination.

Those challenges and opportunities include the management of our natural resources such as The Escarpment, Lake Illawarra, our beaches and reserves; and our built assets such as the Shell Cove Marina and Shellharbour Airport. This is underpinned by the need to address competing demands upon finite resources when building and maintaining supporting infrastructure.

I am a retired Management Consultant, having worked in the corporate sector for many years, and consulting into large organisations (including Local Government) around culture, leadership and operational management.

During the previous term of Council, I was involved in several Council Committees including the Traffic Committee, Airport Operations Working Party and Lake Illawarra Estuarine Management Committee.

I have lived in Shellharbour for more than 50 years. I am a Board Member of the Warilla Community Neighbourhood Centre. I enjoy sailboarding, volunteering as a guide at the HARS Aviation Museum of Australia and photographing our incredible birdlife on and around Lake Illawarra.
