Next Council Meeting will be an Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting on Tuesday 29 September, 2020
In response to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, the next Council Meeting on Tuesday 29 September, 2020 will be conducted online remotely via zoom.
The Extraordinary Meeting will be held following the Ordinary Council Meeting to conduct the election of the Deputy Mayor, determine dates for Council Meetings for the next 12 months, and appoint Council’s delegates to Committees and Working Parties.

Public participation begins at 4.30pm and the Council meeting starts at 6.30pm. If you are unable to access the meeting at this time, you can watch it at a later date by simply clicking on the link to our webcast above.
How do I make an address to Council?
If you would like to make an address to Council on a listed agenda item, please call 4221 6111 to register. Instructions will then be provided for public participation by distance. Registrations will be open from Friday 28 August until 10am on the day of the Council Meeting.
Business papers for Council meetings are available from the Friday before each meeting (see below).
Business papers and minutes for meetings prior to 2015 can be obtained under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 by completing an Access to Information form available on the Access to information page. In most cases, documents can be provided in hard copy or electronically.
