Under Section 328A of the Local Government Act 1993 Council is required to keep a record of current declarations of disclosures of political donations that have been lodged with the NSW Electoral Commission by or on behalf of a Councillor.
This information can be found on the NSW Electoral Commission - View Disclosures website where you can search the register of Political Donations and Gifts to find copies of current and previous declarations.
