Public Notice

Public Notices let you know about important activities that are happening in Shellharbour. This can include things like changes to Council policies and procedures, proposals affecting public land, Council services, and funding or business opportunities or recently adopted documents.

Notice is given of the adoption of the Shellharbour Development Control Plan 2013 (DCP Amendment No 6) pursuant to clause 3.45(b) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Part 2, Division 2 Section 14 (2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.

The DCP amendment introduces site specific provisions for land at part of No.2926 Illawarra Highway, Tongarra (known as the Green Valleys Mountain Bike Facility), was formally adopted on 26 May 2026 and will become effective on the date of publication of the Shellharbour Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 27).

Adopted Road Name Tullimbar

Under Section 162 of the Roads Act, 1993 and Clause 7 of the Roads Regulation, 2018, the following names have been authorised under delegation by the Chief Executive Officer for the suburb of Tullimbar.
