Our Resourcing Strategy ensures sufficient financial and human resources exist to provide services and infrastructure assets expected by the community. The Long-Term Financial Plan, Asset Management Strategy and Workforce Management Plan within the Resourcing Strategy address the strategies and actions contained within our Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
