Design Approvals - Current
Design approvals are currently being progressed, including Construction Certificate approval for Stage 1 earthworks.

Subject to approvals, excavation and fill works will be undertaken on site. These works are expected to be carried out by Cleary Bros and may take approximately one to two months to complete.
Building Design Phase - 2026 to 2027
Development of the building design will continue, including architectural, structural, geotechnical, landscape, electrical and hydraulic design components.
Building Construction
Commencement July 2027, with completion expected during FY 2027/2028.
