Marina Services Centre

Located: On the southern side of the harbour, next to the Waterfront Tavern

Opening: 2022/23

The Marina Services Centre will offer facilities for marina berth tenants, including a members lounge, kitchen, and locker storage along with public toilet facilities and public green space for visitors to the waterfront.  

The Waterfront Centre

Located: Next to the Waterfront Dining Precinct

Currently in design.

The Waterfront Centre will be a state-of-the-art Community Centre, Library and Visitor Information Centre - A hub of community and creative activities in Shell Cove and the wider local area.  

The building will offer a range of diverse spaces for all ages and multiple activities including; a library, gallery, meeting rooms for hire, a visitors information area and multiple spaces for activities such as yoga, playgroups, book club and more.  

The Boatyard

Located: Next to the boat ramp carpark

Currently in design.

The Boatyard will offer a variety of marina facilities and services including cafe, boat haul out facilities, a travel lift and heavy duty platform, dry boat storage, chandlery spaces and workshop areas.  

Nautilus Apartments

Located: On the southern side of the harbour, midway between the Waterfront Dining Precinct and the boat ramp

The harbourfront Nautilus apartment complex will comprise of 116 apartments in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom layouts with almost every apartment offering views of the harbour and some with views of the ocean.  

Crowne Plaza Hotel

Located: Next to the Waterfront Centre

Construction commencing: 2023

The hotel will be a partnership between IHG and Oscars Hospitality whose assets across NSW include Novotel Wollongong and Novotel Brighton.

The hotel will offer luxury harbourside facilities including: 

  • Contemporary hotel rooms and serviced apartments  

  • Resort-style pools   

  • A ballroom, function and conference facilities 

  • Restaurant and bar  

  • Day spa
