Shellharbour is my home. Having immigrated to the Illawarra as a young boy, I have grown up here. I have worked locally at Port Kembla Steel Works (BlueScope Steel) for over four decades and continue to do so. I was fortunate to have built our family home with my wife Rosa in Shellharbour in 1982. We have seen Shellharbour prosper from a small regional village to the city it is today.
We were blessed to have raised our two sons in this home and now we cherish looking after our grandchildren here.
Community is a big part of my life. I am the current Vice President of the Macedonian Orthodox Community of Wollongong and Shellharbour City. I have also raised funds for various projects at both Shellharbour Public School and Warilla High School.
I am honoured to have been elected in 2024, for my second term on Council and as a Councillor, I believe in fairly representing the interests of all the residents in Shellharbour City. I strongly believe that Councils are responsible for making very important decisions that have a far-reaching impact on the everyday lives of all residents in our community.
I am committed to building a strong Council that reflects the diverse community members we serve and provide key infrastructure, facilities, services and lifestyle to all our local residents.
