SHELLHARBOUR SET FOR CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT 2024!

Santa’s first stop this holiday season is the Shellharbour City Council Carols by Candlelight!

Join us for this all-ages event on Friday, 6 December 2024 at Croom Regional Sporting Complex, from 6pm to 9pm as we light up the night with festive cheer.

Hosts Bella and Christian from the i98FM Breakfast Show will get you into the holiday spirit and guide you through a heart-warming evening of classic Christmas music, delicious treats and unique goodies for everyone.

This year’s lineup includes family-friendly performances by Woods Ray Theatrical, Shellharbour City Physie and Dance, The Music Makers, and Circus WOW.

Arrive early for the pre-show from 5pm, featuring Musical Bingo with prizes, plus kids’ activities like Bush Kindy, face painting and the Circus Drop Zone. Keep an eye out for captivating roving performers, including unicycle angels, acrobatic elves, and the magical duo True and Love.

Don’t miss our exciting Golden Ticket competitions running throughout the night!

Make sure to also drop by the House of Letters station to fill out a letter to Santa and our trusty elves will help deliver them to the North Pole.

Enjoy a festive feast from the wide range of food stalls, who will be serving up seasonal favourites. There’s also fun-filled showbags for all ages, perfect for stocking stuffers.

While there won’t be fireworks at this year’s Carols, keep your eyes in the sky for a special arrival from Santa! Please note, the event may feature small pyrotechnics, flashing lights, and loud noises. We recommend attendees keep this in mind when planning their visit.

On stage performances will be easily accessible to more people with interpreters provided by Auslan Stage Left.
