Easter Long Weekend and ANZAC Day closures

Beverley Whitfield Ocean Pool and Oak Flats Pool will also be open over the Easter long weekend and ANZAC Day.
“If you’re enjoying our beaches, pools or waterways be sun smart, follow the direction of our lifeguards and swim between the flags,’’ Shellharbour City Mayor Chris Homer said.
“Please take care when fishing and using recreational watercraft and always be aware of changing conditions.”
Shellharbour Airport will remain open as normal over this period, while The Links Shell Cove will also be open with changes to operating hours and alcohol sales/course
policy on Good Friday (18 April).
Shellharbour City Libraries are closed for the Easter Long Weekend and ANZAC Day.

Long Weekend regulatory checks
The Easter long weekend will see additional regulatory patrols by Shellharbour City Council staff at popular outdoor spaces across the city.
Please help protect our beautiful natural spaces by always taking your rubbish with you and following signage related to parking and camping.
At Bass Point, please park in designated parking areas only and remember that off-road four-wheel-driving and fires are prohibited in all parts of the reserve. Failure to comply may result in fines.
“I’m urging the public and visitors to adhere to the guidelines and help ensure that everyone can enjoy the holiday period with minimal disruption,” Mayor Homer said.
