Release

October is NSW Small Business Month and Shellharbour City Business Network has secured a much sought-after business and motivational speaker for its next two events on 23 October.

Justin Herald is a highly successful businessman and an expert communicator who will detail how he took his last $50 and turned it into a global brand (Attitude Inc), which now has an annual turnover of $37 million. He was also Shellharbour’s Australia Day Ambassador this year.

Mr Herald is regarded as one of Australia’s most sought after speakers with speaking engagements throughout Australia and overseas, presenting to 100,000 people each year.

His passion and knowledge in the areas of business growth and customer service has led to him being in high demand across the world.

He has had his own column in numerous magazines and in newspapers nationally in Australia and overseas, and is the author of eight international bestselling books.

He will share his knowledge with local business owners to mentor them on how to grow their business without spending money, and how to attract and keep customers.

The presentations will be held over two sessions in Shellharbour City. The NSW Government's Department of Industry is supporting the event, which is expected to attract a large attendance (booking are essential – see details below).

Shellharbour Mayor Marianne Saliba said business owners should not miss the opportunity to be mentored by Mr Herald.

“Securing Justin as a speaker for our local business community is a real accomplishment for Shellharbour,” Cr Saliba said.

“He isn’t just another one of those speakers who have great theories. He has lived, practiced and proven everything that he speaks about.

“His passion for what he does is infectious and he inspires and activates those who come in contact with him,” she said.
