Tip fee reduction

Our fee reduction policy was developed in response to requests from registered charities for ongoing exemptions from tipping fees.

Community groups, organisations and individuals located in the Shellharbour local government area can apply for assistance with sand, soil, delivery and tipping fees for a single specific project. Applications for fee reduction or exemption are considered twice a year in June and December by Council’s Financial Assistance Working Party. Applications must comply with our Fee Reduction Policy.
