The Waterfront Centre

Located: Next to the Waterfront Dining Precinct

Development Application submitted.

The Waterfront Centre will be a state-of-the-art Community Centre, Library and Visitor Information Centre - A hub of community and creative activities in Shell Cove and the wider local area.  

The building will offer a range of diverse spaces for all ages and multiple activities including a library, gallery, meeting rooms for hire, a visitors information area and multiple spaces for activities such as yoga, playgroups, book club and more.  

Please note the final design and outcome is subject to Development Approval.

 

The Boatyard

Located: Next to the public boat ramp, Marina Drive, Shell Cove

Currently in design.

The Boatyard will offer a variety of marina facilities and services including cafe, boat haul out facilities, a travel lift and heavy duty platform, dry boat storage, commercial office spaces, chandlery spaces and workshop areas. 

Once completed the project will create employment opportunities and provide a full suite of boat maintenance and storage opportunities, helping connect commercial and recreational boating opportunities between Sydney and the NSW south coast.

Nautilus Apartments

Located: On the southern side of the harbour, midway between the Waterfront Dining Precinct and the boat ramp

The harbourfront Nautilus apartment complex will comprise of 116 apartments in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom layouts with almost every apartment offering views of the harbour and some with views of the ocean.  

Crowne Plaza Hotel

Located: Next to the Waterfront Centre

The hotel will offer luxury harbourside facilities including: 

  • 117 Contemporary hotel rooms and 32 serviced apartments  

  • Events and Conferencing spaces including a Ball room

  • Waterside Restaurant and Bar

  • Infinity pool and wellness centre
