Shellharbour City is the Place to be this Summer!

Summer in Shellharbour City is always exciting, with a huge range of activities, attractions and events for both locals and visitors to enjoy.

Shellharbour Civic Centre is hosting several unique events for people of all ages, with free onsite parking available.

There is also an action-packed school holiday program at locations across the city for young people aged 12 to 24.

Shellharbour Mayor Chris Homer encouraged people to check out what was on offer and enjoy the summer fun.

“Council’s events and activities are always extremely popular, so I recommend booking a spot as soon as possible to avoid disappointment,” Mayor Homer said.

“Our city also has a wide range of attractions such as The Links Shell Cove Golf Course & Tavern, Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS), swimming pools, and the Illawarra Light Railway Museum.

“We are also blessed to have a wide variety of free activities and stunning natural attractions including pristine beaches, Lake Illawarra, lush rainforest hinterland, stunning public art, and much more,” he said.
